Getting Started
New to business formation? Start here.
What does Eleet AI do?
We handle the paperwork to start and run your business — LLC formation in all 50 states, registered agent service in Louisiana / Mississippi / Alabama, EIN applications, operating agreements, annual reports, and ongoing compliance monitoring. AI-powered support, no upsell traps.
How do I get started?
Pick your service from /services or use the guided flow at /start. Most checkouts take under 5 minutes. Start your business →
How fast is the process?
We file with your state the same day you complete checkout. State processing time varies: Louisiana 3–5 business days, Florida 3–5, Texas 2–3, California 1–2 weeks. Expedited processing is available in most states.
Can I form an LLC in any state?
Yes. We support LLC formation in all 50 states. State filing fees vary ($50–$500) but our service fee is consistent. Which state should I form in? →
Pricing & Billing
No surprises. Flat fees, no upsell traps.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown at checkout is what we charge. State filing fees (which go directly to your Secretary of State, not us) are itemized separately so you see exactly what each line item is for. See full pricing →
Do you raise prices each year?
No. Your registered agent renewal price is locked at the rate you signed up. Major competitors raise prices 30–100% at renewal — we do not.
What is your refund policy?
100% refund within 30 days for any reason, as long as we have not yet filed paperwork with your state on your behalf. After filing, state fees are non-refundable (the state does not refund us either) but our service fee remains refundable.
How do I update my payment method?
Sign in to your portal at app.eleet.ai and update your payment method on the Account page. Changes take effect immediately for the next renewal. Sign in to portal →
Registered Agent
How RA service works and why you need one.
What is a registered agent?
A registered agent is a person or company designated to receive legal documents, government correspondence, and compliance notices on behalf of your business. Every LLC and corporation is required by law to have one in the state where it is formed.
How much does Eleet AI registered agent service cost?
$100/year — flat. Available in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama with physical office addresses. Lower than LegalZoom ($249) and Northwest ($125), with an AI-operated portal included.
Can I be my own registered agent?
Yes, in all 50 states. The downside: your home address becomes public record, you must be available during business hours every weekday, and you risk a default judgment if you miss a service of process. Read the full RA guide →
How quickly do you forward documents?
Within 24 hours. Important legal documents are forwarded same-day via email with a scanned copy. Originals are mailed weekly unless you opt for digital-only.
Do you offer registered agent service in states other than LA, MS, AL?
Currently we maintain physical RA addresses in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama only. We are expanding to other states through our partner network. Browse all services →
LLC Formation
Forming, running, and maintaining an LLC.
How much does it cost to form an LLC?
Total cost is our service fee plus your state filing fee. State filing fees range $50–$500 (varies by jurisdiction). Our service fee is consistent across states. See state-by-state cost guide →
How is an LLC different from a corporation?
An LLC is simpler: pass-through taxes by default, flexible management, fewer compliance requirements. A corporation has more rigid structure (board, officers, shareholder meetings) but is required for raising venture capital. Read the full comparison →
Do I need an operating agreement?
Most states do not legally require one, but every LLC should have one — even single-member LLCs. It defines ownership, profit distribution, voting rights, and what happens if a member leaves. Banks often require an operating agreement before opening a business account.
Do I need an EIN?
Yes if you plan to open a business bank account, hire employees, or file taxes as anything other than a sole proprietor. The EIN itself is free from the IRS; we offer a $50 service if you want us to handle the paperwork. Learn about EINs →
Compliance & Account Management
Keeping your business in good standing.
What happens if I miss my annual report?
Late fees, then administrative dissolution. Most states begin dissolution proceedings 90+ days after the deadline. A dissolved LLC loses its right to do business and may lose liability protection. Full consequences + reinstatement guide →
How do I cancel my registered agent service?
Sign in to your portal and cancel from the Services page, or email support@eleet.ai. Once you cancel, you must designate a new registered agent with your state within 30 days or risk dissolution.
Do you handle state compliance filings automatically?
We send compliance reminders for annual reports, franchise taxes, and other state deadlines. We can also file annual reports on your behalf for $50/year. Automatic compliance filing is on our roadmap.
Where can I find documents related to my business?
Sign in to your portal at app.eleet.ai. The Documents tab has all filed paperwork, state acknowledgments, and forwarded legal mail. Sign in to portal →
Support & Contact
How to reach us.
How do I contact support?
Email support@eleet.ai (1 business day response) or call (888) 792-0467 Mon–Fri 9am–5pm Central. Existing customers should sign in to the portal for account-specific support. Contact form →
Is Eleet AI a law firm?
No. Eleet AI is an administrative service provider, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. For legal questions specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney.
How does Eleet AI compare to LegalZoom, Northwest, or ZenBusiness?
Honestly. We publish side-by-side comparisons that show real pricing and hidden fees, not the advertised teaser rates. See all comparisons →
